I’m a Product Growth and Growth Marketing leader with 15+ years of experience in building beautiful products and driving growth for startups and scaleups worldwide. I’m the first VP of Growth of Airalo, company with 10 milion customers worldwide. Ex-Googler with a strong focus on user experience, data-driven growth strategies, and high-tempo testing. My track record includes managing $10M+ in digital ad spend, 1,000+ experiments, and building products that were reaching 13M monthly users. Successfully co-founded and exited Poland's first growth marketing agency, Growth Engine, that became part of Ladder Digital - one of the best Growth agencies out there. I’m also a passionate mentor, conference speaker, and fan of growth loops.
Currently I’m a Chief Growth Officer for a all-in-one Local SEO tool - Localo.
